Combines with the TipSite Manager waste management application to allow recording of waste movements by visitors to transfer stations and other facilities with limitied infrastructure where a portable, battery-powered device is better suited than a desktop system.Transactions are recorded and transfered via the cloud to the host system and updates made at the host (such as price changes and new client and vehicle registrations) are available to the Portable application as soon as it has internet coverage.
